Approach

We believe it is better to identify and resolve problems before they become significant, however unforeseen problems will occur and we resolve them as quickly as possible. 

 

Most are resolved through Remote Support using a variety of secure industry standard tools.  This means less disruption for your business and a quicker start on the remedy.  However, in some circumstances Onsite Support will be more appropriate.

All EJC.IT clients enjoy our targeted Standard Service Levels and can benefit from enhanced response and action times by upgrading to Premium Service Levels.  For organisations where IT services are critical to successful operations this may be essential.

 

Network Support Packages


EJC.IT Network Support Packages provide support for the infrastructure that is the foundation of your information management functions.  They typically include:

Workstation and Desktop Support

Most clients take our Workstation and Desktop Support Package which gives them a flat monthly budget for support hours at a significant discount to the standard hourly rate.
